Cancellations and Notices
|Please provide 24 hours notice with a cancellation or date change. We require 72 hours notice to change or cancel multiple services booked in one day and for Keratin conditioning treatments. Seven days notice is required for cancellation of a hair extension appointment.|
|We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit, and PayPal as forms of payment.|
|We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought into Joseph Cozza Salon.|
|All bridal group appointments will require a 30-day cancellation notice. A charge at 50 percent of the booked value will be applied for late cancellations and no-shows. Rates and services are subject to change without notice.|
