24 hours notice is required when a change of date or appointment cancellation is necessary. 72 hours notice is required for changing or canceling multiple services booked on a single day and for Keratin conditioning treatments. 7 days notice is required for the cancellation of a hair extension appointment.

Visa, MasterCard, debit cards and PayPal are accepted for payment.

Additional salon info

Bridal group appointments require a 30 day cancellation. A charge at 50% of the booked service value will be applied to any late cancellation or no-show appointment. Rates and services may change without notice.

Gift certificates from the Joseph Cozza Salon make a terrific gift and are a thoughtful way to express your appreciation for someone. They may be purchased at either salon location or we can mail them to you or the recipient at your request.

Purchase a series of skin care services and save! When you purchase a series of 5 Derma-Sweep or Lumi-Lift treatments, you will receive the 6th treatment free. Inquire about our spa packages - all packages are intended to be used in a single day only. Services offered in the package may not be split among different dates. Spa packages may only be used by a single person.
